The Euro-spec model will never come to the US.  But that was just an
example.  You would be amazed (but I'm sure you all know this if you read EC
magazine) at the number of extremely powerful cars sold around the world
that will never touch the shores of the DOT States of America (Except for
the occasional loophole).  The latest issue of EuropeanCar has an excellent
article about the Eurospec S4.
