Those are good ideas and completely OK and legal to use (oops-
large disclaimer in bold font inserted here).

I'm reminded of that song by Dada, "Dizz Knee Land", which
was a slam on Dizznees aggressive protection of its name, and a parody
of those commercials on US TV, ie, Mr. Celebrity Athlete just won
the Super Bowl, what are you going to do?  "I'm going to Disney
Land".  It turned out none of them ever actually went.

The song even has car content- "I just crashed my car again, I'm
going to Dizz Knee Land".

And there is an amusement park in Madras India called Dizzy Land,
though for entertainment value I prefer the Guindy Snake Park.
Sorry, thats a different story...
