Best glue for small plastic bits?

To fix the radio that was damaged when the CGT was broken into, I need to
glue two small black plastic bits back together.  Can anyone reccoment
the best glue for this?  The piece, when whole, is not a load bearing
piece, but is a piece that moves a little as part of the latch for the
removable face plate.  I believe it is ABS plastic.
