An S8 is a souped-up A8q from the factory.  It has the 4.2 V8 motor
but with 340hp instead of the standard A8's 300hp.  Yhe suspension
is stiffer, and it has other usual S-touches like different wheels,
S badges and sport seats.  The front grill is a little different too,
and chrome side mirror housings.  It's sold either with a 6-speed manual
or a 5-speed Tiptronic auto.

0-60mph is 5.3 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 155mph.
That is serious acceleration for a large sedan.
