I don't know how often they pull their mail - perhaps lots of input

He has a new line of business - 'Motability'.  When I was there last
week, he was finishing the installation of a crane in the boot of an
A3.  This is a neat system for carrying a fairly heavy electric
wheelchair base - the base is lifted out of the car using the crane,
and run around to the passenger door.  The passenger seat (Recaro
sport, naturally) rotates through 90 degrees and slides onto the
docked wheelchair.  It looked just like something out of Mission
Impossible - 'Q' would have been proud.
