Re: oversteer vs. understeer
In a FWD car--during "Oh Sh*t!" understeer--the most consistently useful
maneuver for me is to apply the _clutch_, not brake. I'm told this is
taught in Scandinavia as the 11th commandment. Not sure if it's best method
for quattro.
