parts list for electronic diff actuators???

ok all, i am really hot to do this to the UrQ.  I want electronically 
actuating diffs.  I know that a few of you have done it, i just need a 
parts list.

I have been trying to figure out why audi didnt use this as stock, and i 
cant really think of a reason.  Maybe the actuation by vacuum is "softer?"

Anyway, i figure all you need is some actuator that can move whatever 
already actuates the diff with about 15lbs of pressure.

Im probably way off cause i havent even studied the diff locking 
mechanisms, but can someone send me a list of things to go get?
