Express dwn relay not working?

The express down relay on my drivers window would not release for a about
10 seconds after being activated. Now, my windows don't work at all.
Couldd the relay be the problem? Could it have finally fried? The fuses
are good. What is its location and part number. I most likely have a
spare. The weather is warming up and I need to crack my windows. Very
embarassing when someone asks directions and you have to pretend to ignore
them.
