I definitely noticed that as soon as I got into my 89 200tq, but don't see it
in my 85 5kt.  If you really look at the column alignment it is obvious.  I
had forgotten about it until you mentioned it.  I also noticed that the whole
mounting assembly (under the dash) is very different on the 89 (a huge slab of
cast alloy).  Any thoughts on the steering column skew?
