OK - the lad needs brownie points - lessee ...

First thing to check is her WoT switch.  Perhaps I should say her car's
WoT switch - there are some pretty base minds on this list.  Seriously,
about 80% of the ones I see are broken and it makes quite a difference
to performance.  Then check she doesn't have the 'broken spring' problem
on the recirculation flap.  Tell her about Team Doorhandle and make sure
the lock catches are properly greased.
