My brake felt like a brick !

Yesterday when i started and backed out of the parking lot, my brake felt
like stepping on a brick ! There was almost no brakes.
As i was wondering what the F.... was wrong ; - ta-daa Normal brake feel and
braking..

I've checked the pentosin level; and the servo worked ok when the brake was
odd.
The brake-fluid level is ok as well.

Any ideas; -servo-pump ?  ..... :(
