The euro 200 20v has the exact same bumper - sans 5mph hardware - as the US
200. The 10v 200 has a different bumper with integrated fog lights and
wrap-around turn signals.
The Euro V8 bumper has the wrap-around turn signals and fog lights, too.
They're different from the 200's, though (Audi's parts-bin rationale in the
'80s continues to amaze me).

Some euro 100s have optional fogs in the front bumper. The turn signals on
the 100 were next to the headlights, though.
