Monterrey Historics '99

Is there anyone on the list who is "in the know" for what is going on at
Monterrey this August? I am trying to make plans to attend, but just want to
find out what is going on during what days. Since my fiancee and I have FF
miles to get there and a free residence in Carmel, it is silly _not_ to go.
But I'd like to know how many days to be there (Thurs-Mon or Fri-Mon).
