Road Rage? No, Oil Pan Rage...
Dwight -
You lost me on the rant, then reading another post I remembered 'ahhh, Dwight's an
adjuster, right?' *bing* - light bulb - makes more sense, OK you got some street
creds to be righteously annoyed. So then I read the end of your post... agree
with your concluding P. But I don't want to whack Cindy too hard, at least she
confesses to being both a bad driver and whacking something. Our justice and
judgement is far too binary these days. There are far worse out there, believe me,
the stories with equipment my company takes in returns can be amazing: 'I didn't
hit anything, and if I did the machine should be able to take it, but I didn't,
and it should be strong enough to fall off the back of a pickup truck too, but
that didn't happen either...'

Dwight ranted on for a while, and then said:
> This lack of personal responsibility really gets me. I guess it comes
> from too many days reading claims from people that, instead of just
> paying $75.00 for a new mirror to replace the one they whacked on the
> garage door, they submit a claim to my company to help everyone's rates
> skyrocket. When I break something myself, I pay for it. To me, it's part
> of the punishment for my stupidity, and I've done some truly dumb things
> with cars.
>
> "Design flaw"...get a grip.
