How could that be??! I was there, I saw the whole thing, a
sink-like object fell off a truck with license plate either
Washington or North Carolina...yeah that's it, 3874IC or
was it 83151O....can't be sure, it was dark.....made an
incident report and everything with local police. No-
fault incident, no surcharge, deductable was "amortized"
by mistaking that loose hose on the side of the radiator
for a broken radiator..
Insurance 101.
