I apologize for entering the oil pan replacement thread so late, I get the
digest.

WHY ARE THE PEOPLE ON THIS LIST GETTING TO BE SO CRITICAL????  For all the
people who would R E A D the post, she was told by an AUDI SERVICE MANAGER
(who most likely works on commission, and the parts department gets bonuses
on the amount of parts they sell) that --SHE-- cracked the Aluminum oil
pan.  Am I the only one who smells something here???  Come on gang, there
is WAY to much flaming going on on this list as of recent, its not been
proactive, its been a bash fest, and its getting tiresome.  Read the damn
post and think before you get out the flamethrower.  Have a little
compasion, maybe she doesnt know her car that well SO WHAT!  Not everyone
is an expert, not everyone is as enthusiastic as some of us, thats why we
are here, or so I thought.  Try providing some advice, nicely.  Maybe, just
maybe shes getting the wool pulled over her eyes by the dealer, ooohhh, now
that would be a surprise.  Really though, read Dans sign up page, this was
created for everyone (except spammers) knowledge or not.

Disclaimer:  This does not apply to everyone, if it applies to you, you
know it and you know who you are.  There are some poeple who seem to spend
most of their day helping people, and kudos to them.
