thanks everyone for all the replies!!   I found it to be VERY useful.
(Dropping 4 speed into a 3 speed) Now that I am going to do a tranny rebuild
with the older ratio, I am wondering, what I can do to stop constanting
rebuilding it?  I know I have to service the tranny every 20,000 miles, but it
is too costly at the dealer and the shop I go to, I don't trust.  Can I
"SERVICE" it myself?  Is it fairly simple?  What tools or equipment do I need?
Any info would be great!  Don't hesitate to reply to me and the list, cuz I
know that everyone out there is not "servicing" their trannies every 20,000
miles.
