Yuk, "Black Leatherette"? Not on _my_ favorite Audi.

Actually my '91 200q came with O.E. walnut knob, which looks pretty good if
refinished every 100K, or so. I'm in the process of testing various rare,
tropical hardwood replacements for it. While on my '89 100 slusher--hmm I
think the shifter is rubber (hmm, _simulated_ leatherette?). Oh, the shame
of it! :(
