Maybe getting sheepskin seat covers for the front seats
   will help a bit.

While I psshah'ed them for years, when I did get a set (for my UrQ,
now worn out/through...sigh...), they are truly remarkable in just
how comfortable they are! Cool in summer (L.A. 100F sunny days),
warm in winter (N.E. 0F blustery nights).

My $0.02's on the subject.
