When I ordered a pilot bearing from Carlsen last month, I was very
concerned about the part being right (no margin for error in my repair
situation at that time). When I asked Linda "Are you _sure_ this p/n is the
special pilot bearing for the 20V 3B engine?", Linda said, "Hold on a
minute, I'll go get one to look at."

She returned to the phone 3 or 4 minutes later, saying, "I've got one in my
hands. Here's what it looks like, etc., etc...." It arrived 24 hrs later
and was installed.

Frank, it just takes a little special approach with assertive, in-your-face
women. :)

God, I hope Linda isn't listening  (Love ya, sweetheart).
