Prestone Anti-Rust

Anyone have any impressions/condemnations of Prestone Anti-Rust additive?

I realize that a cooling system flush and refill would be the ideal option,
but my waterpump/timing-belt service was less than a year ago, and the
majority of the coolant was replaced at that time.  Coolant looks fine, and
I was INVOICED for it, so I'd like to let it go til next year before doing
the full service.  Any value to adding a bottle of Anti-Rust to "tide it
over" til next summer?  Claims to have "water pump lubricants" as well.
Anyone want to call BS? =)
