Since the Potenza's in question are RE-71's I would have to assume this
reference is not one to do with performance?
In it's day, the RE-71 was one of the best performance street tires money
could buy and IMO there wasn't (and isn't) a Michelin that could touch it. Now
if you meant the RE-910, that's another story...
Of course if you want long life, good all season grip, etc. they are the wrong
choice. Bridgestone "crap"? Hmmmm...
What do all the top F1 and CART teams run these days?
MXV4's ain't even in the same league as the list of (summer only) tires listed
in the original post for performance, but they will last alot longer.
