He has a good description of how to do this.  Look for the link to see his
83' ur-q and there he has a link to see how to install a  by-pass valve.
I think he used Saab parts.  I think the best route for the 5ktq would be
to use a 20vt system IF you can find it :-)  Or make your own.  Basically
your just routing the pressure from the IC - TB hose back behind the turbo
which keeps it spooled up.  Its a continuous loop and works for a second
while shifting, etc.  ANd the metered air is still in the system so you
wont have as much of a lean spike as some people worry about with a Pop
Off valve.
