I would recommend that you buy one.
My brother has one (best sort of buying, He paid; I use it) and it is really
convenient.
It is a small to average model German made KARCHER one.
It does clean the engine and you can add liquid detergent to it.
Its price in Greece was the equivalent of 150US$ which I think should be
less in the States.
I think it is worth it and you can also clean other things with it (the kids
and the dog for starter?)
