A4 value...

I was just wondering... How much less would my '98.5 A4 be worth because of
its mileage... It is less than a year old(about 49 weeks) and has 23,000
miles... Is this a problem(too many miles, high fixing costs?)? Also any
ideas on what to do about a "slice" in my rear bumper... It is probably 3/4
in. long and probably 1/32 in. deep. Can touch up paint fix this or am I
doomed for a new rear bumper? Also if I do need a new bumper would Audi
Advantage cover it?
