Angela's '90 90Q20V has 14" wheels. Many of the 90s over here
had 14" wheels as factory stock. I think only the "sport"
suspension package put 15" wheels on.

I also think both of Kirby Smith's '88/'89 90s have 14"

Verily, all of my 1988 90qs have 14 inch wheels. In the USA, the 15 inch
wheels started with the 90 coupe quattro, and continued into the 1990s with
the newer 90s. Note that the speedometer is differently calibrated, as the
14-inch wheeled cars use 195/60-14, upgradeable to 205/50-15s without speedo
error; the coupes and later cars used 205/60-15 I believe.
