Good question.
Looking at a drawing of the "Failsafe" stat in the catalog, it looks like it
_never_ closes completely, so warmup time may be lengthened.
This is just from a drawing, so it might very well be dead wrong.
The normal ones fail that way because they _can_, they start out completely
(or nearly, some have holes for bleeding) closed, and open with temp.
