Didn't stop him begging a ride 10 miles up Stevens Pass, skiing 3 hours
and then worrying about fixing it on the way back down.  Fortunately,
I had my Phil-wanna-be-toolkit with me and we at least found out
what was wrong pretty quickly.  It could have been an hour from tools...
