Several had tried it in Montana I believe. They fared quite badly in the
end though.

Cutting the funding to armed forces is like having Medicare denying your
Viagra refills, eh? Major bummer.

At least now we have distilled water being CHEAPER than equivalent amount
of gasoline, although I still don't get how the prices gone up SO quickly.
