Just how fast is a '91 200?

I'm having a pissing contest with a friend, and we wandered into '91 
200 turf.  How fast are they?  ie: 0-60, 0-30, 0-20, with and without 
spooling, cornering performance (very similar to the '90 etc, I 
suppose), any other numbers that you happen to have.  Also, how much 
horsepower, modified or not, etc.

For some silly reason he wants to embarass people in Camaros and such 
in a slow-looking car, and he's been talking about a supercharged 
4runner.  My thesis was that a '91 200 wagon is much less conspicuous 
than a shiny 4runner...  :)
