A6 Warm Weather Package

Does anyone have experience with the warm weather package on the ('99) A6?
The power read window shade, and solar sunroof sound like nice features, but
since I haven't seen one on a lot yet, I don't know that much about it.  How
well does the solar sunroof work?  Is it worth trying to find one with this
package?  Ideally, I would like to get both the cold weather and warm
weather packages.
