Alcahol has the ability to erode some types of soft (some rubbers)
components.  There is alcahol in some gasolines nowadays anyway.  There
isn't going to be much in your tank, and it's not going to be there
long.  I would be more worried about the water vapor condensing in an
empty tank of gas rusting out steel parts in the fuel system than about
a little alcahol in my gas.  Also note I said 2 things, first if you
just want to pass, and second what you "should" do.
