I have had a G-Tech for about a year now.  I got it for my supercharged
mustang and have found it to be a pretty good tuning tool.  I always use the
same section of road and the same weight to take horsepower readings.  In
order to get a good reading you must accelerate constantly up to a point (I
usually went up through 3rd gear) and then brake constantly until you are
below 30 mph.  It is kind of a pain to decelerate to 30 mph but that's the
way it works.

The 0-60 feature is the easiest to use.  Accelerate constantly until you are
over 60 mph and then decelerate constantly to just under 60 mph.

I have not tried it on my new 87 5kcstq.  The best I've done on the mustang
is 380 rear wheel hp and 0-60 in 4.3!  Check out my web page for a plot of
