ur-Q Oxygen Sensor Question

Good Afternoon, Listers!

Before I went ahead and bought a new oxygen sensor for the ur-Q, I decided
to check
the voltage coming from it. No voltage until it's warmed up, of course...
after that, I
was seeing, at first, about .1v, then upto about .125v, then after the
radiator fan began
to cycle, I was getting about .25v.

Is this correct voltage? Should I start looking elsewhere for the cause of
my solid 50%
OXS duty cycle?
