90 CQ wood panel

All, 
 Would anyone happen to know where I could find a p/n (or the part) to 
the piece of "wood" paneling that is just above arm level in the back 
right seat of a 1990 Coupe quattro. Mine apparently "fell off" at a 
mechanics shop and has not been seen since. Now I have four holes into 
the wall and upholstery falling off. 
  The interior is black leather if that makes a difference in parts 
for wood paneling (as I have only seen my CQ down here in Houston TX I 
dont know if wood colors change with different interior colors.)
