Yes it is (IMHO), if a Q list generated relationshiop turns sour.  i
just hope the principal(s) 1. waited a sufficeint amount of time to be
certain there was a problem and 2. resolve the issue so forgiveness and
forgetfulness can reign supreme in the end...
