urq wipe/wash

	question: what's the route from the windshield washer switch 
	to the actual washing?  mine does not function - wipers do
	not move and water does not flow.  the rear works, as well
	as all the settings for the front wipers.  i was thinking 
	it must be the switch in the column, since neither the
	wiping or t he water works, though i dunno where it goes
	from there.  is there a relay that actualtes both or what?
