Is there any kind of a personalized licence plate in USA that clearly
indicates a car belonging to mafia? :-)
I've recently learned how to prevent a late-model BMW from being stolen in
Poland. We still don't have personalized plates here and the normal plate
is 3 letters + 3 digits + 1 letter. You need to have the 3 digits and
letter identical to the model of your bimmer, for example 740I. Because
getting such plate requires having good connections to local authorities,
usually it's the mafioso who have such plates. Another advantage: no one
will mess with you on the road. Now, who do I need to bribe to get "500O"? ;-)
