There are exceptions to the rule.
But most people can barely drive with all thier attention towards
driving! Put a 20 button device in thier hands and its criminal!

I suggested to my GF to stop the car when she needs to dial or write
things down. For the most part, she's in gridlock.

2 weeks ago, she was pulled over- she almost ran over another car
while juggling the phone. Got a ticket for reckless driving. 

I think I'm done now!
