I've got a cross-reference listing for variuus cars from a recent Grassroots 
Motorsports.  One thing to keep in mind is that some Saabs used the same 
4x108 as the 4kq (mark besso uses saab wheels, for example).

Once I'm home from vaca I'll look up the article; it wasn't complete, but a 
good starting point.
