Unfortunately Todd's karma with regard to keeping commitments he made
is not particularly good. He promised me, on more than one occasion to
deliver, then based on the difficulty he encountered backed out.

I lost 6 months patiently waiting.

We have a saying here at work:

 " Say what you're going to do, and do what you've said you will".

I'm sorry to say Todd is not able to do this - hence the need for
other sources that *can* meet their promises.
