'84 Quantum woes

Alright, my 1984 VW GL5 Quantum has a couple quirks I was wonderin' 
about.
1. Real stiff clutch. How do I loosen that up some?
2. What type of fog lights, with a reasonable price range would go >
well on it?
3. When changin' the plugs I found there to be oil on the plugs. I 
know that's not real healthy so what's wrong and how to fix?
4. What type of manual tranny fluid, brand name, should I get for it.
5. Here's the kicker...I've had the Clarion stereo that's in it since I 
bought it from an aquiantence...well, from time to time it has spirts 
where it cuts in and out...I've determined why and I don't like it. 
Because of the direct connection to the battery, well, that little 
battery just doesn't have the juice for all the systems and the stereo. 
If I add fog lights...well...how do I get more power? Bigger battery?
