5KCS Seat Controls

The other thing that has failed recently on my wife's 86 5KCSTQW are the
front passenger seat controls.  They used to work.  Now they are ALL
dead.

Possibly a wire/connector that came loose?  Possibly a fuse, but I have
not been able to find the fuse for the passenger seat control.  The
owners manual claims that the fuse for these things is in the lower fuse
box near the drivers feet.  Although I have not been able to find it (OK
I didn't rip everything apart yet, thought I'd ask here first).

Can someone direct me to this fuse box.  Where is it hidden?

Any ideas on a sudden loss of all power seat controls?
