Fixed the electronic problems. All pictures should now download without
errors. Operator error.

It's supposed to be autofocus. I suspect it uses the old 'maximum
contrast' idea, which I think is a Bell & Howell patent. The whole
thing is laid out for smallness at no compromise - there is no viewfinder,
no flash provision, no self-timer, etc.
It seems to focus on the nearest object in the frame - look at the
turbo picture and see how it's picked up the stud rather than the
turbo.
The objective was to have something in the top pocket of my overalls at
all times, so I can pop off a shot whenever I find something interesting.
I already have portable workshop lights ...
Unfortunately the documentation is just as small and light as the
camera.
Otherwise, I'll keep on using the 35mm cameras. I have an OM2n with
lenses from 19mm (rectilinear) to 1200mm, seven Leica rangefinder
bodies and 19 lenses - including every piece of close-up gear they
ever made - and a whole raft of other stuff including anti-aircraft
flash equipment.
