Yeah, silly me. $5.35 at the dealer. The plastic at both
ends is intact, and the lever can withstand plenty of pressure
so I doubt it's cracking... probably just slightly bent from
15 years of being tugged on (and tugged on extra times lately).
I don't want to risk trying to bend the door handle mechanism
back into place, though, and it barely needs to travel another
millimeter to work perfectly, so I'll just get a new linkage
rod. I think I can get there before they close tomorrow...
