Web Page Problems (No Audi content)

Heya All,
	I'm working on my Turbo Conversion Web Page but I have some
problems.  See, I've been editing some images in Phot-Editor.  A couple of
them I have taken from other sited.  Some are my own pics.  Anyhow, when I
size it in the Editor to say 1.5"x2.2" for a Thumbnail and save it but
then copy it to my Web Page it comes out MUCH bigger on the Web Page.
Also, when I link to the NOrmal Picture on the Web Page it is about twice
the size it should be.  what gives?  I'm using Netscape so maybe a
different Web Editor would work better but its kind of annoying.  I dont
have Front page or anything like that.
