www.carorder.com pricing too good to be true?

I priced my new A4 through carorder and was rather surprised to see the
price actually come in under invoice.  How can that be?  Or do I have my
invoice price wrong?  My dealer invoice price is from Edmund's.  Basically
what I see is this (all prices in US$):

Looks like a No Brainer to buy from CarOrder if they can actually meet
this price.  I don't see how my local dealer can ever match this.  Have I
missed something?
