PAINT SWIRLS

Hey Guys,
	
	On my 1991 Audi 100 (black) there are paint swirls...especially on 
the trunk.  Anyone have a similar problem?  How can I limit (or eliminate) 
the swirls?  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Also, I usually use 
the Meguires 3 Step Wax.
