Brake Pads

Friends-

I have about a week's worth of life left on the pads for my '93 90.  I'll do
the job myself and was looking for advice on brake pads.  Option #2 is to
pick up a set at my local dealer.  Option #1 would be to buy a higher
quality pad that doesn't cake the rim with bake dust in about a day and a
half.  I recall reading here some time ago about pads that may satisfy this
criteria.  Any thoughts on manufacturer, price, availability, etc. would be
much appreciated.
