Torque wrench..

	I picked up a torque wrench, much similar to the Craftsman units,
from harborfreight.com for $25!  It measures up to 250ft/lbs, and is 4%
accurate.  I even checked it out with my buddies super expensive snap on
wrench, and they were both exactly similar.  It has a lifetime warranty
too, but for $25, it is disposable..
